Terms of service

 

The following is our Terms and Conditions of Sale. All sales are expressly conditioned on Buyer's agreement to the terms and conditions set forth in our 'Terms and Conditions of Sale.' The terms and conditions set forth herein and any other documents accepted in writing by BEAUTiBAG PRO, constitute the complete agreement between Buyer and BEAUTiBAG PRO. Failure to abide by BEAUTiBAG PRO's Terms and Conditions of Sales entitles BEAUTiBAG PRO, in enforcing said terms and conditions, to recover from Buyer all expenses including, but not limited to, attorney and collection agency fees.
 
CREDIT POLICY 
 
Terms: 
With each shipment, you will find an invoice in the packing window on the outside of your box. Included on the invoice is the payment terms and due date for "Net" terms customers. This is the date payment is due for your order (C.O.D. terms require immediate payment). Please pay from this invoice and list your account number and the invoice number(s) being paid on your check.
 
Payment:
Acceptable forms of payment include VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover. 
 
Delinquent Accounts:
BEAUTiBAG PRO reserves the right to take any action in regard to accounts with overdue receivable balances including, but not limited to, the holding of shipments, the altering of the customer's payment terms, or collection action.
 
Refused Shipments:
Please call our Customer Service department before refusing any delivery. Shipments that are refused, through no fault of BEAUTiBAG PRO, and reshipped, will be assessed additional shipping charges. Customers, who refuse, shipments through no fault of BEAUTiBAG PRO, will still be liable for original freight and handling charges.
 
RETURN POLICY

RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WITH A RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RGA)

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that products returned to BEAUTiBAG PRO are in resalable condition and properly packaged. BEAUTiBAG PRO will accept and issue credit for the following merchandise returns less freight, if applicable.
  • Products received in our warehouse within 90 days of the original purchase date
  • Products included under the issued RGA
  • Products which are brand new, unopened, in current packaging and presently distributed by BEAUTiBAG PRO
  • Products whose shelf life is at least 6 months from expiration
  • Products without price labels, residue from adhesive labels or markings of any kind
  • Products purchased from BEAUTiBAG PRO by the invoiced Customer

***Please check your order immediately upon receipt*** 

Please call Customer Care to replace incorrect product shipments, damaged products or confirmed shipping shortages within 72 hours of receipt of goods. 
 
If new product is sent to replace damaged, defective or incorrect items, the original items must be received by BEAUTiBAG PRO within two weeks of the date the RGA was issued. If the product is not returned within the two week timeframe, you will be responsible for payment on the replacement items.
 
Any price differences will be settled once the credit memo is completed.
 
Any item(s) returned that fall(s) outside the above policy will be discarded by BEAUTiBAG PRO and no credit will be issued
 
THE PRODUCTS SOLD ON THE FRONT SIDE OF THIS INVOICE ARE TO BE SOLD ONLY BY LICENSED SALONS AND STYLISTS. THESE PRODUCTS ARE PROHIBITED FROM BEING SOLD VIA THE INTERNET, MAIL ORDER, OR ANY OTHER UNAUTHORIZED OUTLETS. SUCH DIVERSION MAY RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION BY BEAUTiBAG PRO OF ALL FUTURE DELIVERIES OF PRODUCT WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE.

Mobile Terms of Service

The BEAUTiBAG PRO mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by BEAUTiBAG PRO (“BEAUTiBAG PRO”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to BEAUTiBAG PRO’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of BEAUTiBAG PRO through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with BEAUTiBAG PRO. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18339793770 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other BEAUTiBAG PRO mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
